Process
Prior to investing, Swing conducts extensive due diligence, often consisting of gathering information from competitors, customers, former employees, industry consultants and alternative data sources. Through this research, we hope to understand the details of the business, its industry and competitive dynamics to add value to the companies and people we invest behind.
We have a flexible mandate and can invest as majority or minority shareholders. We have the ability to hold our investments for many years and our ideal holding period is forever.
